Coach Observations

In an effort to help coaches deliver instruction more effectively to players, the Coach Observation program is starting back up.  See Policy 9411 for details.

Info About The Observation Process

A) One coach from each play level (1) Clinic, (1) Rec/Travel or (1) Coach & (1) Director or Officer, will be used for coaches observation.
B) The Observation team will set-up with appropriate Director for schedule of practice observation.
C) The Observation team will contact the Coach to be observed to verify practice times.
D) At the end of the observation session the form will be reviewed with the coach and signed. The form will be turned over to the Player/Coach Development Committee for review. A copy of the form will then be returned to the Coach for his/her review.
