Birth Certificates:  Parents of County Age Players need to bring copies of the player's Birth Certificate to the first practice.

IT IS THE COACH'S RESPONSIBILITY to check birth certificates against the player's registration (age bracket of team).  This is to ensure that children are assigned to the proper age bracket per county policy.  Coaches do not need to keep birth certificates or copies with them.  The coach is required to have the player contracts and team roster with them at games.
