Spring 2007 Field Setup Schedule 

This is our chance to shine!  Take pride in setting up the fields and making sure that the rest of the county knows they are in SJS Country!  Coaches, although it is your responsibility to make sure that the fields are ready for games, it is everyone's responsibility to help keep them looking great.  Support your team and help where you can.  Please report any vandalism.

Clinic Teams

Clinic Teams generally play games on Muth Fields (Across from St Jane Elementary), Riviera Beach Elementary (Muth C), and High Point (behind High Point Elementary on Duvall Highway).  Fields should be painted no earlier then 3 days before the schedules games.  County teams play Bar Harbour (on Bar Harbour Road) and Tick Neck Park (On Ft Smallwood Road).  High Point and Muth C is typically shared between Clinic and County on alternate days depending on season.

County Teams

County teams should email schedule questions to Glenn Shorter.

Tick Neck 1 / 2 - County

Setup for these fields is Turn Lights on for Night games and put flags up.  Check fields for Lines

Break Down for these fields is Turn Lights off take down flags.

Bar Harbour - County

Set-up:
-- Line fields if needed (can be done the day before)
-- Field Lining Equipment is in the block house.
-- Place goals in position.  NOTE:  At this time, the goals for Bar Harbor are chained to the fence.  
-- Put up nets (They are in a new navy blue bag on the top shelf at the blockhouse) 
-- Put up flags.
Take-Down
-- Nets and flags in blockhouse
-- Goals chained to fence ((maybe))
-- Police fields for trash.

High Point - County

U9

Set-up:
-- Line fields if needed (can be done the day before)
-- Field Lining Equipment is in the block house.
-- Put up nets (They are in a new navy blue bag on the top shelf at the blockhouse) 
-- Put up flags.
Take-Down:
-- Nets and flags in blockhouse
-- Police fields for trash.

Setup Time Reflects start time of first game.
Breakdown is start time of last game (add one hour for game to complete).

Muth B - County

Duties:
-- Line fields. Can be done on Thursday or Friday night if rain is not in the forecast.
-- Set up nets and flags. Do it morning of game. They tend to disappear if you leave them over night.
-- Take down nets and flags after last game. Return them to trailer.
-- Police the fields for trash.
-- If you need help with set-up or for some reason need to switch weeks, call your director (Greg or Bill N.). If all else fails, call me (410-439-3056), but keep in mind, I screen my calls. Bottom-line, it's your responsibility to get it done.
-- If you need a key to the Muth Trailer, call Jerry Kline, 410-360-7454 (I do not have a key)
-- If only one name listed for StartSet-up/Break-Down then that person is responsible for both.

Clinic Teams

Field Lining equipment (paint and sprayer) are located in the Muth Field Trailer 1.
Please line the field before no later then 1 hour before the first game, but no earlier then Wednesday.
